Welcome to the HVAC Animated Home base....

My name is Jeff Bennington and I'm the owner of this ragtag website, the voice of HVAC Animated, and author of HVAC Millionaire Mindset among other books. My mission is to help my customers get what they want--a business they can be proud of. I do this through my YouTube channel, social media, training, coaching, speaking, my blog, and my HVAC millionaire mindset.
A common problem I see in our industry is a desire for something better, obstructed by limiting beliefs. This could be a desire for the owner to grow his company, but that dream can be obstructed by the limiting beliefs of his employees.... it could also be the owner's limiting beliefs, personality, or unwillingness to upgrade skills that are obstructing growth. The HVAC Millionaire Mindset helps solve this problem for you and your team. In the words of my online mentor, Jim Rohn, "Everything will get better when you get better."

I cut my teeth in the HVAC business in 1991 as an installer and quickly became an install manager. Years later, I went through a pipe-fitter apprenticeship, working in both trades for nearly 30 years. As time went on, I wrote several books, including fiction and non-fiction, was published in 2016 by an Amazon Imprint, built a website with over 43,000 subscribers, qualified for the Boston Marathon at age 47, running 26.2 miles in 3 hr 24 min (7:49 min average), and I recently published the HVAC Millionaire Mindset and HVAC IMPACT Workbook. For fun, I play drums (Ringo) in The Beatle Remix cover band. I'm driven by my creative energy and belief that you can accomplish anything with the right mindset! You can find all my books here.
